This past Friday, FLS kiddos got a special treat. Graduate students from UNC-Central in Speech/Language pathology came out to the school and planned a fun filled morning. They worked with Ms. Hanvey and created several communication boards to be used with devices for the kids to talk with during all their activities. The day started out with everyone introducing themselves, moved into an obstacle course, and finally a dance party. Needless to say the kids had a blast. It is so enriching that we have so many campuses here in Raleigh and that so many of them come and take a part in working with Frankie Lemmon students. Hope you enjoy the pictures below!
