The 5 year olds have been working hard this past week. From playing, building, and snowmen stories we have had a lot of fun. Lots of our friends have been working hard to try new things during center time. We hope you enjoy our work. :)
The five year olds have been working very hard this past week. We have had lots of fun! Ms. Bass worked with everyone to make a snowmen snack and snowmen clay figures. We have been learning a lot about snow and what we need to go out in the cold. Maybe there will be some real snow for us to play in soon.. but for now we will keep learning and playing:). Hope you enjoy our hard work!
I am pleased to announce that i am back to begin my student teaching!! I am Ashley Kate a student from Meredith College getting my Child Development degree. I was lucky enough to intern in Ms. Mewborn's classroom last semester. I am happy to be back with your children. I value each child and enjoy getting to know them individually. I will be teaching lessons, observing, and having fun with your children until April. I am very excited and hope to get to meet some of you during my time. :)
Well, we are all back to "ole grits and gravy" as my grandmother always says :) I was just talking with Carla and really can't believe it has yet to even be a week back, it's like we never left! I hope that you all had a happy and restful holiday. I certainly did and Bass and I greatly enjoyed all of your thoughtful treats, gifts, giftcards, and well wishes! I wasn't able to capture everyone in our pictures this week but here is just a few of the things we have been working on. Also, Ashley Kate (intern from last semester) should be back in a week or two to do her student teaching. That will be really nice because she will get to be with us everyday and the kids love her! Plus it is like having two lead teachers in the classroom so we get so much accomplished! I will probably have her do some of the blog posts so be looking forward to that in the next few months. Happy picture viewing! |
